Principales fonctions:
Identifie les causes des defaillances, procede aux recommandations et coordonne la mise en place des solutions.
Participe a l'analyse et a l'identification des possibilites d'amelioration au niveau du secteur electrique/instrumentation.
Participer aux revues d'analyse de risques (PHA) et coordonne l'implantation des correctifs.
Revise les rapports d'inspection et d'essai des equipements sous sa responsabilite.
Prepare et revise la justification et la documentation necessaire aux controles du processus de modifications des equipements et installations.
Developpe, valide et coordonne les processus d'entretiens preventifs.
Assure la conformite des equipements et maintient a jour les standards d'ingenierie E/I.
Agit a titre de reference technique pour l'usine et l'equipe de techniciens.
Planifie et coordonne les travaux electriques des arrets d'entretien et autres projets d'entretien ou d'amelioration.
Environnement de travail:
La structure de l'equipe de fiabilite electrique repose sur une strategie d'intervention court terme/long terme avec des priorites d'interventions consequentes pour chaque membre de l'equipe.
Le travail s'effectue en mode partage entre l'usine, l'ingenierie et l'atelier E/I.
Le poste offre la possibilite d'integrer un systeme d'entretien de classe mondiale ou la securite est primordiale et soumis aux normes strictes de Process Safety Management et Mechanical Integrity.
Le milieu d'intervention comporte un reseau de distribution interne (120/25/4.16kV), des redresseurs (electronique de puissance), de meme qu'un eventail etendu d'instrumentation et valves relie aux fluides/gaz (pression, temperature, niveau, debit) et de controles (DCS Delta V, Automates Allen Bradley, PLC-5, Contrologix).
Exigences du poste :
- Baccalaureat en Genie Electrique.
- Un minimum de trois (3) annees d'experience professionnelle avec une performance demontree au niveau de l'entretien, la fiabilite et les systemes de gestion de l'entretien.
- Bonne gestion du temps, oriente vers l'action, capacite a planifier et a mener a bien le travail de maniere autonome.
- Solides competences en matiere de communication, suivis, apte a piloter plusieurs dossiers simultanement.
- Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), des logiciels de videoconference.
- Sans etre parfaitement bilingue, le candidat doit etre en mesure d'evoluer efficacement dans un environnement ou se cotoient le francais et l'anglais.
- Une experience prealable de l'industrie chimique ou de l'industrie lourde est un atout important.
