We are committed to providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients in Fort Wayne, IN, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for all. Enjoy a fulfilling job that allows you to make a difference every day! This position would be located in Plymouth & Bourbon Indiana.
Plymouth acct: Wednesday & Friday 1 hr evening clean ( Friday is weekend optional )
Bourbon acct: Monday, Wednesday & Friday I hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional )
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as window washing and floor maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
