As a key contributor to a distinguished organization with over 30 years of industry excellence, this position supports the management of a high\-performing team dedicated to service excellence, sales achievement, and operational precision. The Assistant Manager is instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for superior client satisfaction, brand loyalty, and market leadership. By driving strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless operations, this role ensures every guest interaction embodies the highest standards of the organization. \n Contribute to strategic planning by providing actionable sales insights, market intelligence, and operational recommendations

\n Assist in financial planning by forecasting needs, supporting annual budget preparation, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective measures

\n Drive guest base growth by mentoring team members, cultivating relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistently outstanding service

\n Evaluate and recommend enhancements to fleet composition, service offerings, and delivery models based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis

\n Step in to manage field operations in the absence of the Area Manager, ensuring smooth execution and accountability

\n Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as FBO and hotel requirements and Go Rentals' internal policies

\n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales targets through outside sales calls, prospecting, site visits, and client entertainment
