Job description


Customer Service Representative for a busy Veterinary, AAHA-accredited practice. Our workflow has increased and will continue to increase with the addition of new doctors in the coming year. Competitive pay and benefits package.
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic and dedicated to serving the needs of our clients. Experience with computers and handling busy phone lines with a top-notch customer service focus is a huge plus. Provides excellent and expeditious client experience; greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments. Answering phone calls may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail, and texting. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data, and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff.
Qualifications:
• 1 year minimum Veterinary Receptionist
• 2+ years Customer Service - any industry
The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00, based on experience.
