What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
• Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit
• Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
• Support the veterinary team by keeping the front desk running efficiently
• Help create a calm, caring, and positive experience for every client

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but candidates with exceptional customer service experience are encouraged to apply
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive attitude and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• A good sense of humor and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• AVImark experience is a bonus
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays
