The NOW Massage – CBD New Orleans

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $500 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus

The NOW Massage is growing our team and looking for passionate, professional Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapists who want to build a steady clientele in a supportive, luxury spa environment.

Our Massage Therapists average $45–$50+ per hour, including commission, gratuity, enhancements and bonuses.

Full-time therapists have the potential to earn approximately $55,000–$70,000+ annually, including service commissions, tips, enhancements, and other eligible compensation. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, bookings, services performed, and gratuities.

What You'll Do
  • Provide customized, high-quality massage therapy
  • Perform Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
  • Provide additional modalities based on training and qualifications
  • Create a welcoming and therapeutic guest experience
  • Maintain treatment rooms according to boutique standards
  • Collaborate professionally with our front desk and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
  • Active Louisiana Massage Therapy License required
  • Strong Swedish and Deep Tissue skills
  • Reliable and professional
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for wellness and healing
  • Day and/or evening availability
  • Weekend availability strongly preferred
