About The TeamThe NOW Laguna Niguel is owned by Mike and Jamie, a husband-and-wife duo, who are both active in the business on a full-time basis. Jamie and Mike first learned about the NOW as guests back in 2016, and are proud to operate a location of the brand they’ve loved for over a decade!
Sean, the location’s General Manager, originally joined Jamie and Mike as a massage therapist and has since grown into a leadership role. He brings a strong understanding of the therapist perspective, and is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative, and positive environment for the entire team.

CA Pay Transparency Law: Expected base hourly compensation for this position is $16.90 per hour; note this rate is paid regardless of whether you are massaging or not. This rate is BEFORE any bonuses or tips (we pay one or more bonuses for each massage given and our suggested tip is $25 for a 50-min service; expected actual earnings while massaging is $48-$63/hour but may vary). Hired applicants will be classified as employees and receive a W-2.
