Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations. This role will analyze supply chain data, identify trends and inefficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, transportation, and supplier performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Inventory & Demand Planning:

  • Support inventory planning and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Analyze demand trends and forecast accuracy to improve planning effectiveness
  • Monitor inventory turns, stockouts, and excess inventory

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend process enhancements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes

Supplier & Procurement Support:

  • Track supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, quality, and lead times
  • Assist with procurement analysis and vendor management initiatives
  • Support contract and pricing analysis when needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with large ERP systems preferred
