Job description

Our Program Development Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for driving referral growth, developing strategic healthcare partnerships, and supporting census growth through ethical and appropriate admissions. This role collaborates with physicians, hospitals, vendors, and community partners while supporting recruitment and onboarding initiatives for clinical staff.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Develop and maintain referral source relationships to support census growth.
  • Promote Innovive's services through presentations, meetings, and community outreach.
  • Identify and engage new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Intake, Strategy, and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure a smooth referral process.
  • Track business development activities and performance metrics using Salesforce.
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives and support onboarding of new clinical staff.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced patient/referral experiences.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold Innovive's care coordination model.

WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, business development, or home health.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Travel Requirements
  • Local and national travel up to 20-30%, including occasional evenings or weekends.
