• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to complete required product training.
Qualifications:
Required:
• How many years’ experience do you have with Laptop Break/fix?
• How many years’ experience do you have with Desktop Break/Fix?
• How many years’ experience do you have with Field experience?
• How many years’ experience do you have with Hardware Experience?
• How many years’ experience do you have with Software Experience?
• Are you A+ Certified?
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to complete required product training.
• DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert
• A+ Certification
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• This position will provide services to customers with government contracts. One requirement for this position is US Citizenship.
• Extensive driving is a requirement of this position. Are you willing and able to drive 2 to 3 hours to deliver services to one of your customers?
• The job requires a substantial amount of administrative work, such as filling out paperwork, reporting your time and location many times during the day, and reporting and documenting your activities in the ticketing system for each service call.
• Occasionally you may be required to work beyond the end of your planned shift (for example, to work past 5:30pm). Are you willing to work late on short notice?
• Do you have a reliable computer and a high speed internet connection at home that you can use for work?
• The dress code for this position is business casual.
• As of today, are you available to stay in this position for at least 6 months?
• Obtaining Dell computer certification is a requirement for this position. Evidence of certification must be submitted before a job offer is extended.
