Purpose of Position
The Logistics Support Coordinator will help provide service to the Owner catering, crew member catering, and supplier spaces. The role will also include other back office functions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and logistics of the crew food program.
  • Responsible for communicating crew food orders with primary and secondary catering suppliers, communicating statuses of orders with crewmembers, and updating crew food orders dependent on schedule needs and changes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Owner catering program.
  • Responsible for communicating Owner catering orders with primary and secondary catering suppliers, communicating statuses, substitutions, or questions on orders with internal teams, and ensuring focus on an elevated inflight experience.
  • Utilize reporting and dashboards to improve and make each travel experience special and personalized for onboard dining.
  • Acts as the single point of contact to our logistics suppliers for tactical, day-of questions and issues.
  • Leverages their knowledge for in-flight catering and ground transportation. Acts as the primary resource to internal and external teams for questions, feedback, and problem-solving.
  • Manages supplier follow ups stemming from crew food feedback.
  • Closely engage with the Global Travel & Logistics Program Managers to ensure supplier information is correct and updated.
  • Understands the use of outside suppliers and resources to ensure both crews and Owners receive catering.
