As a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Data & Technology on the Marketing Automation team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the Braze marketing platform, including audience management, deliverability, identity resolution, and platform integrations.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of marketing technology and data vendors to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Manage email and SMS consent programs, preference management, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Define business requirements and oversee third-party data integrations, partnering with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, scalability, and platform performance.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop testing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

  • Experience:
    • 6+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or marketing operations, with at least 3 years owning a martech or customer data platform
    • Hands-on experience with a modern engagement platform (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar), including segmentation, canvas or journey design, and API-based data ingestion
    • Demonstrated experience running vendor evaluations and implementations end to end, from requirements through contract through productio
    • Working fluency with SQL and with data warehouse concepts sufficient to validate what a vendor or engineer tells you
    • Practical knowledge of email and SMS compliance including opt-in mechanics, deliverability 6+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or marketing operations, with at least 3 years owning a martech or customer data platform
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
    • Ability to evaluate technology solutions, vendor proposals, and business requirements using sound judgment.
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and develop structured solutions to complex business problems
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
