Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, thereby facilitating accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific challenges and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using techniques grounded in research and therapeutic best practices.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to provide integrated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.
• Educate and empower families of clients, fostering understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with specialized training or extensive professional experience.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to a range of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients through their recovery process.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, promoting effective collaboration with the treatment team.

Preferred Experience

Though not mandatory, candidates with experience working in community health settings or within diverse populations will find their backgrounds advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, including HIPAA-compliant software, enhances service delivery and client engagement.

• Competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
