Plumbing Service Technician

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're an experienced plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, and drain cleaning.
  • Explain plumbing issues and present repair options with upfront pricing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation using company technology.
  • Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
  • Work closely with dispatch and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
  • Represent Mr. Rooter Plumbing with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license .
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical job duties.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
