You will work hand in hand with the franchise owner helping he or she achieve their operational and financial goals and build a workplace of choice. You will supervise multiple Service Managers and ensure they and their teams understand roles and responsibilities.

You’ll set the organizational conditions for our service professionals to provide crucial services for our customers’ homes and families. Here are the things you’ll be responsible for:

· Training – You’ll implement an ongoing training program to ensure your team members have the most up to date knowledge, skills and abilities to perform their jobs.

· Managing Day to Day Operations – You’ll manage administrative, marketing, sales, and operations teams.

· Establish Strategies and Tactics to accomplish initiatives – You’ll achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction levels set by the franchise owner.

· Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process – You’ll supervise our proven process, from greeting the customer to collecting payment.
