Role: SDET Senior Level

Location: Buffalo/ Delaware

Mphasis Level: 5

• Over all IT experience of 6 to 8 Years

• 3-5+ years of experience as SDET to assess software quality through automated testing using Ruby, Selenium

• 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Selenium, Ruby

• Exposure to BDD cucumber

• Java skills used for creating new automation framework

• Experience in QA methodology

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

• Collaborate with SDET to develop effective strategies and test plans

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

• Evaluate product code according to specifications

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Help troubleshoot issues

• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required

• Ability to multi-task and drive solutions that meet time-sensitive delivery commitments
