Work Environment

This position is onsite and operates within the home care segment, where you will visit patients in their residences. This allows you to observe them in their everyday environments and create tailored therapy plans that fit their unique lifestyles. Work hours are flexible, allowing for schedules such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or even 4 ten-hour shifts, catering to your work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive care at their convenience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with us, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals to address specific challenges, such as pain management, strength training, and mobility improvement.
• Implementing customized therapy sessions using modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education on home exercise routines.
• Regularly tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and engaging in case discussions to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, strokes, or chronic pain conditions. You will directly impact patients aged from adolescents to seniors, tailoring your approaches to meet the varied needs of each group. The therapeutic interventions administered will enhance their physical abilities in home settings, allowing them to thrive within their communities.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A valid Physical Therapist License in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• An exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to track progress and outcomes effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:

• Hands-on experience in outpatient care or home health settings.
• Familiarity with utilizing digital tools for documentation and patient management.
• Advanced knowledge in specialized therapy techniques or certifications, such as in geriatric care or sports rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
