Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to identify specific needs.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive therapy plans that target individual recovery goals with measurable outcomes.
• Regularly tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols to address evolving needs.
• Educating patients and caregivers on appropriate techniques and exercises to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintaining detailed records of treatment plans and patient evaluations in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on outpatient clients of varying ages and backgrounds, presenting with conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. This diverse patient demographic offers an enriching experience where you can apply a broad range of therapeutic techniques and utilize various modalities to enhance each patient's journey toward improved health and wellness.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid Florida Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure, alongside the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients effectively while providing high-quality care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with diverse individuals.
• Effective time management skills to maximize therapy sessions and ensure optimal patient care.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits
