A Career in Beverage:
Our purpose at Molson Coors Beverage Company is to brew beverages that unite people to celebrate all life's moments. We've been brewing iconic brands for over 350 years and are now proud to be offering a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle.

You will champion brand growth through human-led insights, partnering closely with brand teams to inform key marketing plans and initiatives. This work is critical to driving value and sales for consumers, distributors, and the broader Molson Coors business, while advancing a more forward-looking insights strategy.
You'll help plan, design and conduct various consumer research studies (including both qualitative and qualitative methods) and help build the "voice of the consumer" within the brand teams.
This position reports to the Senior Insights Manager of Miller Family of Brands and Value, working closely with internal and external stakeholders including brand, channel and/or customer teams and research suppliers.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Design robust, best-in-class consumer insights learning plans that meet the needs of marketing teams
  • You will help determine the appropriate research methodologies to address key strategic questions by incorporating and refining hypotheses from stakeholders to guide study design and trade-offs
  • Manage and integrate multiple research methodologies and data sources (e.g., brand health tracking, behavioral data, and custom quantitative research), translating complex findings into clear, actionable consumer insights
  • Manage research projects across key marketing focus areas, including brand positioning, campaign and communication development and consumer targeting, to inform strategy and drive business impact
  • You will identify and communicate consumer insights with key stakeholders and leadership to drive both short term tactical and long term strategic direction
  • You are expected to have influence on the direction of the company's brand strategy by always keeping the consumer first and operating with a growth mindset

Key Ingredients:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or similar, or better yet MBA (ideally with social science, research focus)
  • You have at least 3 years of consumer research experience (supplier, client or agency)
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage large, complex datasets such as Nielsen and Circana
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and key questions for determining appropriate research approaches
  • Ability to identify and synthesize consumer information to provide insights to key customers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork, problem solving and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)

Beverage Bonuses
  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office
  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference - from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, a retirement savings plan with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
  • Access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences
