Key Responsibilities: 
 

  • Support the daily operations of the Ferrari Parts Department
  • Assist with inventory management of Ferrari parts, accessories, and special-order components
  • Order, track, and receive parts through Modis and approved suppliers
  • Ensure accurate and timely parts availability for service, restoration, and warranty repairs
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, labeling, and storage practices
  • Provide parts support to service technicians and advisors in a professional and efficient manner
  • Process warranty parts returns and core exchanges in accordance with Ferrari policies
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and obsolescence control
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts storage and counter area
  • Uphold Ferrari brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer interaction
  • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with Ferrari brand expectations

 

Qualifications & Skills: 
 

  • Automotive dealership parts and luxury or exotic automotive brand experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Modis, CDK, and Microsoft Office (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately handle high-value inventory
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of automotive parts ordering and inventory processes 
  • Familiar with dealership service department workflows
