    Title: Manager- Global ERP (greenfield implementation)
    Location:Charlotte, NC
    Position Type: Full Time
    Compensation
    Pay Range:$165,000-$180,000 Per Year
    Description
    Join our team in Charlotte, NC, as a full-time Manager for Global ERP in a greenfield implementation setting. 
    You will lead a team responsible for the operation and implementation of ERP systems, bridging the gap between IT and business functions. 
    This role requires expertise in managing ERP landscapes, team development, and ensuring system performance and security.
    Key Responsibilities
    Execute ERP strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
    Lead ERP implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    Manage recruitment, development, and performance of the ERP applications team.
    Ensure ERP systems are available, secure, and performing optimally.
    Provide technical leadership and support across the enterprise.
    Qualifications
    Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ERP systems and business process management.
    Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
    Proven experience in successful greenfield ERP implementations.
    Experience in leading digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
    Strong project management capabilities including budgeting and resource planning.
