    Enterprise Data Governance Lead

    Join our team in Columbus, OH as a Contract Enterprise Data Governance Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling data governance and stewardship capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective data management across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of data governance strategies and processes.
    • Coordinate data stewardship activities and manage key governance initiatives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to embed governance practices into daily operations.
    • Conduct training sessions to promote governance tools and practices.
    • Monitor and report on governance KPIs and initiative progress.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience in data governance or related roles. Experience in a federated, matrixed, or enterprise-scale operating model. Proven ability to influence outcomes without formal authority. Hands-on experience with enterprise data governance platforms. Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
