Title: Director of Operations

Compensation:
Pay Range: $140,000-$150,000 Per Year
Job Summary:
• This remote full-time role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence within a growing ecommerce setting. 
• The position requires overseeing managers and departments to deliver results in areas like Customer Success, Sales, HR, and more, utilizing various technologies for efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop managers across functions, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Set priorities and streamline processes to support business growth.
• Identify and resolve issues early to prevent customer and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with department leaders to set and track goals, enhancing accountability.
• Manage logistics and fulfillment to meet customer expectations efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
