Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
License: Active RN license
Certifications: Active BLS
Must-Have: Current Epic EMR proficiency
Description:
The Registered Nurse will work primarily on the Respiratory unit, where patients are admitted.
The RN may also float occasionally between various Medical-Surgical units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Medical-Surgical boarders.
The position requires 36 hours per week, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Every third weekend is required.
There is no call requirement for this position.
Current Epic EMR proficiency is required, and refresher classes or one-on-one assistance are not options.
Proficiency in reading Telemetry is mandatory, and the RN will be tested for this skill on day one.
Failure to pass the competency assessment will result in termination.
Candidates will also be terminated if Epic proficiency is not met.
All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission to be honored.
The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
All requested time off must be included in the submission process for it to be considered valid.
