Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs through initial intake sessions and ongoing evaluations.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based methodologies and best practices, monitoring client progress regularly.
  • Provide emotional support and practical strategies to help clients navigate through life challenges, emotional distress, and behavioral issues.
  • Engage in regular consultation with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay informed on current trends, theories, and practices in counseling to enhance your professional growth and the effectiveness of client services.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, counselors will enjoy:
