This full-time position is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Cape Coral, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical abilities and functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to organizational standards and applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in departmental meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care strategies and improve clinical processes.
• Supervise support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
