Mindful Path Wellness, LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our detox center located in beautiful Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This full-time role is primarily remote, focusing on delivering much-needed therapy services to clients facing substance use challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients upon intake to identify emotional and behavioral challenges, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities while documenting therapy progress and client developments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, while upholding confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical and mental health professionals, to devise comprehensive treatment strategies and coordinate care efforts.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress and helping them navigate their emotions effectively.
  • Consult with families and significant others, offering guidance and resources to build a supportive network for clients during their recovery journey.
  • Play an integral role in discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for clients as they prepare to continue their recovery outside of the detox center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to work with clients struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. You will encounter a diverse array of individuals, each at various stages of their recovery journey. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play an essential role in helping clients recognize and overcome the barriers to their recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, preferably involving substance use treatment.
  • The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, particularly MS Office, to maintain records and support client communications.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a detox center or addiction recovery program would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with documentation requirements pertaining to mental health services and state regulations.
  • Previous experience in engaging family systems in the treatment process and discharge planning.
Compensation and Benefits
