Position Overview

MindShift Behavioral Health is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. Work Environment

This position is structured for a remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining our commitment to accessible care. You will be a part of our outpatient team, where you will collaborate closely with mental health professionals in a supportive and resource-rich environment. We utilize advanced technology and electronic medical records to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow, enabling you to focus on what you do best—helping our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with patients, fostering a safe space for open communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other emotional challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, considering their circumstances and treatment goals.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly meet with patients to offer ongoing counseling, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Conduct assessments and crisis interventions, responding effectively to immediate psychological distress and formulating safety plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans within our electronic medical records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health issues. Our patients come from varied backgrounds and may experience challenges related to life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate these challenges and achieve sustainable mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in counseling principles and techniques.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least three years of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, email platforms, and electronic medical records.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on client engagement and teamwork.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those battling substance use disorders, can enhance your contributions to our team. Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and specialized training in trauma-informed care will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
