Work Environment

As part of our outpatient office, you will work in a supportive remote setting that prioritizes your professional growth and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality therapy sessions through virtual platforms, catering to the emotional and psychological needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, pinpointing client concerns and formulating tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and ambitions.
• Maintain meticulous, timely, and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow clinicians and support staff, working together to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Empower clients by involving them in the development of their treatment plans to ensure their goals are central to the therapeutic process.
• Act as a patient advocate during crisis situations, applying crisis intervention strategies when necessary to support clients' immediate needs.
• Engage actively in regular team meetings, professional development initiatives, and case reviews to continually enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a varied clientele struggling with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. This role demands cultural sensitivity and adaptability to respond effectively to the diverse backgrounds and unique situations of our clients, ensuring that all feel respected and validated in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a LMFT in California.
• In-depth understanding of California’s legal and ethical guidelines governing therapy and mental health services.
• Strong clinical background with demonstrated experience in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Proficient ability to respond calmly and competently in high-stress or crisis situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to work through various client issues and mental health disorders.
• Sound knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality protocols, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of post-license clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering therapy services.
• Engagement with diverse populations, including multicultural backgrounds and specific community resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
