Mind Supremacy LLC is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic telehealth team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges, promoting healing, and empowering them to develop a mastery over their lives through evidence-based practices.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients primarily from the Big Bear Lake area in California. Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless communication and therapeutic processes, making it easy for you to connect with clients, manage schedules, and document care effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, identifying appropriate interventions and treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide telehealth behavioral health services, including one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Thoroughly document client sessions in the EHR and practice management system, ensuring all notes, treatment summaries, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Deliver services with a strong focus on cultural competence, respecting the diverse backgrounds and identities of each client.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and referrals to additional services as required.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients may include students, parents, and community members seeking support for various life stressors. Your ability to connect and empathize will be crucial in assisting them on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid and unrestricted California LCSW license, enabling you to practice independently within the state.
• Proven clinical skills, particularly in engaging with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage and update client schedules, ensuring optimal availability for sessions.
• Effective documentation skills, with the capability to write detailed progress notes promptly after each client session.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in crisis intervention and connecting clients with necessary community resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including:
