Position Overview

Work Environment

Our practice offers a unique remote working model with an option for occasional in-person meetings at our outpatient office in Anaheim. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver impactful individual therapy sessions while utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's goals, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Set therapy goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Utilize teletherapy practices to deliver remote mental health services, ensuring accessibility for clients unable to attend in-person sessions.
• Maintain precise documentation regarding treatment progress and adhere to ethical standards set by licensing boards.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license in California as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective workload management.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a private practice setting, as well as familiarity with telehealth technology, is highly desirable. Those with prior experience working with specific populations, such as veterans or individuals with severe mental health challenges, may find this role particularly rewarding.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
