Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, mental health status, and risks, leading to the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities designed to cater to the unique preferences and expectations of clients.
• Establish achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring progress to facilitate growth and success.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, especially those facing challenges in attending in-person meetings.
• Maintain meticulous, accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to uphold ethical practices and contribute to comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients served at Mind Reflection Health Center are diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds facing a multitude of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of age groups and demographics, allowing for a rich and varied therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a safe therapeutic alliance.
• Proficiency in organizational skills and time management, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in private practice settings or outpatient services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in virtual counseling environments, adapting therapies to meet digital client needs.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches to cater to diverse client presentations.

Compensation and Benefits
