  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and benefiting from collective knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to foster understanding and participation in the treatment process.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds coping with various mental health issues. You will engage with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and more, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique circumstances. At Mind Congruency, we believe in the inherent strength of each individual and aim to support them on their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
  • Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs, ensuring personalized and impactful care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that allow for innovative approaches to therapy.
  • Enjoy working within a team environment that values input and fosters growth for all members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, particularly in remote or community-focused settings.
  • A demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes and positive feedback in previous roles is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Offering a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance provisions to ensure your peace of mind.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage, providing you with the confidence to practice securely.
  • Access to an employee assistance program for additional support and resources.
  • Opportunity for unlimited referrals, ensuring a fulfilling caseload and the ability to make a significant impact on clients’ lives.
  • Reduced administrative responsibilities, allowing you to prioritize patient care.
