Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and challenges.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing suitable therapeutic interventions to foster healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Cache Clinic will work with a varied clientele, addressing issues ranging from general mental health concerns to more complex disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Our practice also includes therapy for individuals struggling with addiction and trauma-related conditions. Your expertise will directly impact the emotional well-being of these clients, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.
• A Bachelor's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Candidate with a Master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience conducting individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited for various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

Mind Cache Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide an enticing array of benefits, including:
