Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time position at Mind Cache Clinic, a leading mental health care provider based in Frisco, Texas. Work Environment

This role is predominantly remote, enabling flexibility and convenience while still maintaining engagement with clients and colleagues. Our clinic utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to facilitate secure and effective virtual counseling sessions. While the core work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals, adjusting as needed based on client progress.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based Therapy.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the protection of their rights.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Mind Cache Clinic, our clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who face a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A valid License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a similar discipline from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Excellence in interpersonal communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical principles, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of client information.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within community health settings or similar environments focused on mental health.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic methodologies applicable to diverse client needs, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• History of successfully facilitating group therapy sessions with measurable client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
