Position Overview

Mind Cache Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide exceptional mental health services in a remote setting. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in supporting the mental well-being of our clients through telehealth services, ensuring they receive the care they need in a comfortable and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating quality care.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care providers to co-create holistic treatment plans and ensure comprehensive support.
• Uphold a growth mindset and actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and other relevant software such as Outlook and Pimsy.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly preferred.
• Adeptness in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Our team members enjoy a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring a steady income. Bonus opportunities are available, and employment is structured as W2, underscoring our commitment to work-life balance.
