Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your working hours. The clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to cater to client appointments and practice needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing effective diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to facilitate client growth and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Engage regularly in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, contributing to case conferences and continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Cache Clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. Our team excels in addressing mood and anxiety disorders and support individuals recovering from traumatic experiences. Your sensitivity and expertise will enable clients to navigate their emotional challenges effectively, promoting an environment of healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A valid LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A demonstrated history of conducting individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to the treatment of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to clearly express insights and strategies in client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is a plus.
• Familiarity with community resources and clinical best practices for mental health care.
