Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of challenges.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, while also providing individual therapy when necessary.
  • Address various issues, including but not limited to:
    • Alcohol and substance abuse
    • Physical and psychological abuse
    • Grief and loss
    • Family conflicts and communication difficulties
    • Job-related stress and medical issues
    • Adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce
    • Blended family dynamics
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective therapy interventions and positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various psychological and relational challenges. You will develop a rapport with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that care is personalized and culturally sensitive. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
