Job description

Coordinate and implement Community Youth Development program services, activities, and initiatives in accordance with grant requirements and organizational goals.
Develop, organize, and facilitate youth development activities, workshops, trainings, and events that promote leadership, education, career readiness, and positive youth engagement.
Monitor program performance to ensure achievement of established goals, objectives, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program operations and participant services.
Implement and oversee Youth Advisory Council (YAC) activities and initiatives.
Recruit, engage, and support youth participants in leadership development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Education, Sociology, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field required.
Facilitate YAC meetings and ensure youth input is incorporated into program planning and community initiatives.
Promote youth leadership, civic engagement, and community involvement through YAC participation.
Coordinate and participate in community coalition meetings and collaborative partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, social service agencies, community organizations, businesses, and local stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among coalition members to address community needs and support youth development efforts.
Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and outreach activities.
Facilitate group activities, program overviews, and assessments.
Participate in staff meetings, case reviews and supervised coaching.
Maintain and submit in a timely manner all required program documentation.
Perform all other duties as outlined by supervisor.
