Work Environment

The position is fully onsite within our modern rehabilitation facility, where our team creates a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike. Operated from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, our schedule allows team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring consistent and effective care for our patients. The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and resources that enable our therapists to provide tailored treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aimed at improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing overall functional independence.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient results.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, rehabilitation processes, and strategies for ongoing recovery and prevention.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Maximum Wellness PT, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those suffering from chronic pain, and patients with various musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will be critical in ensuring that each patient receives individualized care tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs and goals, promoting optimal recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy License in California.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
