Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, strengths, and treatment needs.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using specialty techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and effective therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in multifaceted teamwork, partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrative and effective client care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and comprehensive safety planning when necessary.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices and ethical standards.
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), affirming your capability to practice professionally within Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating your commitment to treating clients across a spectrum of circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, supplemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
