Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to increase sales.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Set sales goals and metrics to measure their performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase client engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and management skills.
