What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answering guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Handling reservations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
