Job description

The Parties Coordinator is responsible for the arrangement of all aspects of the parties, from set up to breakdown, adhering to all company and safety standards throughout the entirety of the process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Arranging all aspects of the parties while following all company and safety standards.
  • Creating an agreement and budget with the client.
  • Communicating all budget, space, and vendor progress with the clients.
  • Communicating any problems that arise in an upfront manner with the client.
  • Maintaining communication with any outside vendors contracted for the event.
  • Preparing and executing a detailed outline of the event needs.
  • Arranging event space, food and drink, music, visuals, and any other needs the client has.
  • Adjust event schedule availability as the operating calendar is modified.
  • Oversee the scheduling and managing of the Event Planners.
  • Conduct on-site tours for parties (with the Event Planner).
  • Work with the sales team on expanding programming and processing special requests and answering questions.
  • Be the main point of contact for Guest Resolutions and Survey analysis.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Represent American Dream, Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks Water Park & Angry Birds with highest degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent written skills including experience writing marketing or public relations text
  • Strong interpersonal skills including experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • Great customer services skills
