If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.
The Responsibilities:
•Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery instructions.
•Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, compliance with regulations, and proper documentation.
•Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items, tracking quantities and locations.
•Making deliveries across buildings.
•Work with carriers, logistics partners, and internal departments to schedule pickups, deliveries, and ensure timeliness.
•Follow company policies, regulatory requirements and procedures.
The Qualifications:
• Ability to establish and maintain files, databases, and other records.
• Skill in sorting, screening, and distributing mail.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply business-related information.
• Skill in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
• High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) year of general administrative support experience required, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
• Able to lift up 50lbs.
• No licenses or certifications required.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $14.73/hour - $19.64/hour
