What Your Day Looks Like

• Building strong relationships with professionals and hiring managers
• Advising clients on hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions
• Managing candidates through interviews, offers, and placements
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working toward clear performance goals with full visibility on commissions and promotions
• Collaborating with a supportive, social, and competitive team

Earning Potential

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
