As the Director of Enterprise Engineering - Practices and Platforms, your role is pivotal in aligning the engineering direction across all technology departments, spanning Digital, Retail, Infrastructure, Product, and Supply Chain.

Your focus is to craft and execute a visionary strategy and roadmap for engineering standards that ensure the secure, reliable, and consistent development of technology, provide engineering insights, and develop core developers platforms. core responsibilities Global Practices Program: Lead the Technology Practices, providing maturity guidelines and resources that empower teams throughout the enterprise. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$205,900 - $270,300annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
