What You'll Do.
As a Client Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective, current, and past clients.
* Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and general inquiries.
* Respond to client questions promptly and professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
* Follow up with prospective clients and leads to support engagement and maintain strong communication.
* Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to help provide a positive and organized client experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication notes, and relationship information in company systems and CRM platforms.
* Coordinate client communications and connect clients with the appropriate real estate professional or team member when necessary.
* Support client onboarding and help ensure clients receive clear information regarding available services and next steps.
* Conduct ongoing follow-up with clients to maintain relationships and support client satisfaction and retention.
* Assist with client outreach initiatives through phone calls, email, and other approved communication channels.
* Professionally handle client concerns and work with the appropriate team members to support timely and effective resolution.
