Job description

We are seeking a Full time/Part time Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to work with a team of experienced and licensed Clinical supervisors in providing virtual, in-person therapy, and counseling to couples, families, adults, and children in Mason City and the surrounding counties including Cerro Gordo, Butler, Floyd.

What You'll Do
  • Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments
  • Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families
  • Develop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's various behavioral and mental health care needs
  • Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to build the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Qualifying candidates have the ability to receive free clinical licensure supervision from one of our Clinical Supervisors

What You'll Need
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or another approved related field (LMFT,LMHC)
  • Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office software
  • Flexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clients
