  • Lead shipment, stockroom, fulfillment, and customer pickup operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment.
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies, conduct audits, and partner with leadership to quickly resolve issues and improve accuracy.
  • Adapt to changing inventory levels and business priorities while consistently delivering operational excellence.
  • Deliver on brand standards, safety, and policies in a way that feels approachable and customer-first, while contributing to a positive team environment and protecting the business.
  • Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow

People & Culture Leadership
  • Represent Lovesac's values by contributing to an inclusive, respectful environment for all customers and teammates where belonging is real, diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone can do their best work.

  • Build authentic relationships through genuine connections and everyday interactions that strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain partners to solve challenges, improve execution, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
