Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion and strength evaluations, utilizing precise measurement tools and methodologies.
• Develop tailored and actionable therapy plans that align with the individual needs and goals of each patient, utilizing advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Guide and oversee recovery sessions, providing motivation and education while ensuring the correct application of exercises and therapies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Regularly communicate progress and updates with patients, their families, and relevant healthcare providers to foster a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Live To Move Rehab Center, we cater to a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Our focus is on creating customized treatment plans that empower patients to regain their independence and achieve their personal rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's level degree.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey information in a clear and structured manner.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient progress and treatments.
• Familiarity with specialized rehabilitation techniques and modalities tailored to outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and best practice standards. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
